Oast House releases Biere de Noël in Farmhouse series
Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON – Niagara Oast House Brewers today announced the release of its limited edition Biere de Noël as the latest addition to their Farmhouse Ale Collection.
Bottle conditioned to 7.5% ABV, Oast House attributes its Biere de Noël to winter warmers brewed in the Belgian and Northern French tradition.
“Pouring an opaque black colour, accented with ruby highlights and a robust tan coloured head, the Biere de Noël offers a lovely mix of dark chocolate, molasses, brown sugar, figs, with an elegant and understated dose of traditional holiday spices and toasted notes,” describes Oast House.
It is is available now at the brewery retail store as well as select establishments in the GTA and Niagara Region.
