Proposal for an annual Canadian Beer Day
Updated: Friday November 28, 2014 is the first annual Canadian Beer Day.
Canada – A group of Atlantic Canadian beer enthusiasts, lead by The Pub Magazine – Atlantic Edition, are lobbying for what they hope will become officially known as Canadian Beer Day, annually on November 28.
Other one-day beer celebrations wordwide include International Beer Day, Belgian Beer Day, International IPA Day, and National American Beer Day.
Support has been buzzing on social media networks, with a promise of a petition to follow. The group asks those who wish to support to spread word over Facebook and Twitter using #CanadianBeerDay hashtag.
