Amsterdam’s Spring Bock seasonal lager returns in February
Amsterdam Brewing Co. of Toronto has marked the resurgence of its seasonal lager Spring Bock for Thursday, February 28 at a brewery event to be announced.
The dopplebock-style beer measures at 7.8% ABV and 30 IBUs brewed with Munich, Vienna, Pils, Melanoidin, Caramunich malts and Hallertau hops with Danish yeast. Notes are caramel, cedar, citrus and dried apple.
Spring Bock will be available in 500mL bottles for $4.25 each at the LCBO and brewery retail store.
In other Amsterdam updates, the next iteration of their Adventure Brew series, Vicars Vice Olde Ale, will be released this Thursday, February 7 at the brewery store in a limited amount of 500mL bottles.
