Bar Hop Brewco launches first house brewed beers
Toronto – Bar Hop Brewco, sister location to the original Bar Hop on King St, has unveiled its first four in-house brewed beers.
The 137 Peter Street location in Toronto, which first opened in October 2015, has had its 2 hectolitre brewhouse installed for months located behind the main floor bar while awaiting licensing approval.
Brewing is headed by long-time Bar Hop bartender Matt Bod and assistant brewer Peter Charles.
The first releases on draught include:
- Miracle Cure Saison
- Spanish Red farmhouse blend with tart cherries, Raspberry, and Blackberry
- Purple Jesus Red Wine barrel aged Farmhouse Ale with Fruit
- Tremelo Mixed Fermentation Farmhouse Ale
The beers will launch Tuesday January 24, 2017
