Barley Days launching 2012 County IPA
Picton, ON’s Barley Days Brewery will launch its dry-hopped 2012 edition County IPA in time for Thanksgiving.
Five styles of hops, four of them locally sourced, are infused in this IPA.
This brew is very aromatic with a highly fruity and floral aroma. Its subtle malt sweetness is balanced by the hop aroma and bitterness.It goes great with flavourful foods like red meat, Mexican food and deep fried…well…anything.
Recommended serving temperature is , and will be available at the brewery and select bars and pubs beginning Friday, October 5.
