Barley Days releases Sugar Shack Ale with local maple syrup
Barley Days Brewery of Prince Edward County, ON has announced its seasonal Sugar Shack Ale will be available Friday, March 8.
Flavours are described as, “a bouquet of rich fruity aromas and maple. Its thick, sweet body is perfectly complemented by a moderately-hopped finish. The careful carbonation results in a light lofty mouth feel”, says the brewery.
The 6.5% percent ale uses local maple syrup sourced locally from Vader’s Maple Syrup and comes in 341 mL bottles.
