Bayfield Brewing launches craft lager in western Ontario

Bayfield – Bayfield Brewing Co. has launched its inaugural beer – Craft Lager (4.8%; 13 IBU) at its first southwestern Ontario location, Ashwood Bourbon Bar in the Village of Bayfield.

Founded by a group of six locals, the brewing company is currently contract brewing and testing recipes while scouting locations for its bricks-and-mortar location.

Bayfield Brewing hopes to open its brewery later in 2017.
