Bayside Brewing kicks off Brewmaster Pairing Series in April
Bayside Brewing Co. will host the first edition of their Brewmaster Pairing Series – Spring by the Bay – at their Erieau, ON brewpub on Wednesday, April 24 at 6:30pm.
The event menu features deep sea scallops, Ontario Spring lamb, and sweet vegetables paired with Smith and Wilson Estate vintages and Bayside’s own Long Pond Lager.
The $95 tickets, limited to 50, include a champagne cocktail, 5-course meal with a beer or wine pairing with each source and Q&A with Brewmaster, Mike Dumouchelle.
