Bayside Brewing reveals production expansion plans
Bayside Breing Co. of Erieau, ON has revealed plans to increase production from 50 hL to 90 hL, almost doubling its capacity.
The brewery also plans to open a 60-person outdoor patio overlooking Rondeau Bay.
Dallas Pokornik, a sales rep for Bayside, said the expansion would allow the brewery beef up its portfolio alongside its flagship Long Pond Lager. A light beer is currently being fine-tuned for a summer release.
