Beau’s and Parts & Labour announce 4-course German beer tasting and pig feast

hs_img_1Parts & Labour, a restaurant in Toronto’s Parkdale neighbourhood, will host a German-beer-hall-themed pig feast Thursday, April 11, pairing a 4-course menu designed by Chef Matty Matheson with a series of German-style beers from Vankleek Hill, ON-based Beau’s All Natural Brewing.

“Billed as Matheson’s “Wild Tribute to the Pig,” the eclectic menu will include servings of bone marrow, pogos, choucroute garnie, and strudel,” says Beau’s.

Following the 7pm dinner, Parts & Labour will open to the public for $6 pints of Beau’s draught, which include:
