Beau’s and Red Racer launch spruce peach ale for Canada Day
Vankleek Hill / Surrey – Beau’s Brewing Co. and Central City Brewing’s Red Racer label today introduced Upper Reaches pale ale – part of the Beau’s Ottawa 2017 series – brewed with spruce tips and peaches.
“Beau’s co-founder Steve Beauchesne and brewer Kevin James joined the team at Central City in Surrey, BC (home of Red Racer), to brew a version of Upper Reaches for the Red Racer Across the Nation Collaboration Mix Pack; and in turn Red Racer brewmaster Gary Lohin visited Vankleek Hill to brew an organic version of Upper Reaches,” says Beau’s.
Upper Reaches (6%) comes out Canada Day – Saturday July 1, 2017 available through Beau’s brewery retail store, at LCBO growler stations in Ottawa and Toronto, and Ontario restaurants, pubs, and events this summer.
A portion of sales will go to the Trans Canada Trail Foundation’s The Great Trail, which helps develop recreational trails in every province and territory.
In addition, a public Canada Day celebration will be hosted at Beau’s Brewing Co. in Vankleek Hill with the Red Racer team on hand.
