The intense flavours of cantaloupe, orange, grapefruit and pineapple from the highly-hopped Princess Wears Girl Pants – a Belgian-inspired Golden Ale – by Sawdust City Brewing compliments the juniper, citrus and other botanical notes of gin and quinine bitterness.

Belgian Bitter Pants Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22 (LCBO #358556) or 66 Gilead Loyalist Gin (LCBO #319715)
- 1.5 oz. Tonic water (President’s Choice or Fever Tree)
- 1.5 oz. Sawdust City Princess Wears Girl Pants (LCBO #384768)
- Grapefruit, for garnish
Make it:
- Top lowball glass with cubed ice or an ice ball
- Add gin, tonic, and beer
- Stir slightly
- Garnish with grapefruit peel
