Beerology announces new Sensory Evaluation Workshop
A new edition of Beerology’s Sensory Evaluation Workshop series is set for November, conducted by Mirella Amato.
Focusing on identification of common beer off-flavours and their origins, the 3-part workshop runs Nov. 1, 8 and 14 at the CSI Annex in Toronto.
Sessions run for 2.5 hours each with a maximum of 20 participants.
Pricing is $212.99 for the full workshop. Group rates for 5+ are available.
