Bellwoods Brewery marks five years with 2017 Motley Cru
Toronto – Bellwoods Brewery marks its five-year anniversary this month with the annual vintage release of Motley Cru Wild Ale .
The 2017 vintage a barrel blend of one- and two-year old wild ale conditioned on passionfruit puree and subsequently bottle conditioned.
“It features a crisp acidity, a healthy oak backbone, bursting passionfruit aroma, and plenty of wild ale funk. Notes of bell pepper, cracked pepper, fuzzy peach, and five-alive,” says Bellwoods.
Motley Cru 2017 goes on sale Saturday June 10, 2017 at both Ossington and Hafis locations in two formats – 500ml for $15 and 750ml for $23 each.
