Big Rig Brewery launches Manotick Harvest Pale Ale
Big Rig Kitchen & Brewery of Ottawa, ON today announced the release of seasonal Manotick Harvest Pale Ale utilizing fresh local hops.
Its namesake, Manotick, is a suburb of Ottawa on the Rideau River, located on the south edge of the National Capital Region.
At 5.6% ABV, Manotick Harvest Pale Ale is brewed with Cascade hops harvested from Phillips Farm in Manotick by Big Rig brewmaster Lon Ladel and colleagues.
It is available no, in 1.89L growlers at the brewery in limited quantity.
