Big Rig launches Iron Arse Ale to support Ride for Dad prostate cancer research
Big Rig Brewery of Ottawa, ON will introduce a new “private label” ale with sales exclusively benefiting Ride for Dad, a group supporting prostate cancer research and raising public awareness of the disease.
The motorcycle-loving group has raised $3 million in Ottawa alone since inception.
Fittingly named Iron Arse Ale, it is a mild pale ale brewed using Canadian 2-row pale malted with English Crystal malt and US Goldings hops cycling in at 5% ABV.
the beer launches Thursday, May 1 at noon in 1.89l custom growlers outfitted with the Ride for Dad logo, at the Big Rig Brewery.
