Black Creek announces new Apricot Ale
Toronto’s Black Creek History Brewery today announced the upcoming release of their new, one-off Apricot Ale, debuting this Friday, May 31.
Black Creek’s Brewmaster, Ed Koren, notes the profile of his new beer to boasts hints of apricot in both the aroma and flavour with a bready malt backbone.
“Lightly hopped and carbonated, this medium to light bodied beer is very refreshing and is what Ed describes as ‘a patio beer that will appeal to the most discriminating palate”, describes Black Creek.
Growlers of Apricot Ale will be available at the brewery for $18 each (including $4 deposit).
