Black Creek releases Irish Potato Stout
Toronto, ON – Black Creek Historic Brewery today announced the release of its new Irish Potato Stout, a traditional Irish-style Stout brewed to 5% ABV with the addition of potatoes.
Expect aromas of roasted malts, with flavours of chocolate, roasted character, and earthy smokiness and a thick, heavy mouthfeel, according to Black Creek.
Although the Black Creek Historic Brewery is currently closed for the season – it reopens May 1 2014 – its Irish Potato Stout is available now at the LCBO in 500mL bottles for $3.95 each.
