Black Oak’s barrel-aged Summer Saison and Oaktoberfest Lager on horizon
Etobicoke’s Black Oak Brewing Co. today announced the release of both a barrel-aged version of its Summer Saison and seasonal return of its Oaktoberfest Lager.
Matured in oak barrels with an addition of gooseberries, the barrel-aged Summer Saison will be available mid-August in 650mL bottles at the brewery’s retail store in limited quantities.
Returning this Autumn, Black Oak’s Oaktoberfest Lager, a traditional German-style Märzen celebrates Oktoberfest in 650mL bottles available at the brewery and debuting at LCBOs across Ontario.
