Bobcaygeon Brewing launches with session pale ale
Bobcaygeon, ON – Bobcaygeon Brewing Co., currently a contract brewer, launched its first beer this past weekend at the Kingston Craft Beer Festival.
Founded by locals Richard Wood and Vince Castronovo, their first offering is Bobcaygeon Pale Ale – designed to be a hop-forward session ale at 4.6% ABV with 42 IBUs utilizing Australian and North American hops.
“The floral and citrus notes shine through, but are balanced with the lighter taste to leave a beer that is refreshing and easy drinking,” says the brewers.
