Brasserie Étienne Brûlé now open in Embrun

Embrun – Brasserie Étienne Brûlé is now open in Embrun – a community in Russell Township in Prescott and Russell part of Eastern Ontario.
Founded by Mathieu Jérôme, Pierre-André Roy and Richard Ménard, the brewery’s name honours French-born Canadian explorer, Étienne Brûlé, who emigrated in 1608 and was the first recorded European in Ontario.
The brewery houses a large tasting room and retail store, offerings beer sales in 500ml stubby bottles including 5w30 Stout, Vagabond Blonde, and Citrale Pale Ale.
