Brew in Windsor announces November opening
Windsor, ON – Windsor’s newest craft brewery – simply named Brew – opens its doors for the first time this Thursday, November 13, 2014
Founded by brothers Jordan and Joshua Goure, Brew will focus initially on only one product – its Proper Lager.
“Our primary product we are starting with, the Brew Lager, is being built to not necessary have a unique flavour profile like a lot of craft beers do, but rather have a high “drinkability” rating, it will of course be flavourful but most importantly smooth,” says Jordan Goure.
Operating hours are Thursday: 5-9 pm, Friday: 5-9 pm, and Saturday: 5-9 pm until the brewery is fully operational.
