Brimstone and Brothers release Undercover Brother Golden Stout
Ridgeway – Brimstone Brewing Co. and Brothers Brewing Co. today announced the release of its collaborative Undercover Brother Golden Stout.
“This beer has the appearance of a Blonde Ale with the flavour profile of a Stout,” describe the brewers. “A truly unique beer style brewed with Chai spices and accented with coffee and chocolate. The inclusion of lactose imparts a satisfying sweetness; pairing with oats it creates a creamy, smooth mouth feel.”
Undercover Brother Golden Stout scales in at 6% ABV with 25 IBUs and can be purchase at Brimstone’s retail store and on draught at establishments in the GTA and Niagara region.
