Brunswick Bierworks opens retail store, onboards La Trappe Brewmaster
Toronto – Brunswick Bierworks – the partner brewing specialist in East York – has opened their new onsite retail store at 25 Curity Avenue.
The retail store is now stocking Omnipollo Prodromus, Omnipollo Zodiak, and Ora et Labora New World Double Bock – their collaboration with Netherlands’ La Trappe. On deck is Three Sixty – a collaboration with Hopsteiner.
Operating hours are currently Saturdays 12-5pm – although, expanded hours are in the works.

Also this week, Brunswick Bierworks announced La Trappe Brewmaster, Lodewijk Swinkels, is being brought on to head up brewing operations.
“Swinkels comes from beer royalty. He is the seventh generation of brewers and for the past 14 years, has been the Brewmaster at De Koningshoeven Brewery (La Trappe) where he won numerous international brewing awards and established La Trappe’s world-renowned barrel aging program,” said the announcement.
