Brux House and The Hamilton Brewery now pouring in Hamilton
Hamilton, ON – Two new brewers opened shop in Hamilton in the past week including The Hamilton Brewery and new restaurant Brux House.
Brux House, located at 137 Locke St. South, will focus on fare inpired by the European beer belt, while co-owners Fraser MacFarlane and Mark Horsley will create in-house craft beers brewed in conjunction with Nickel Brook Brewing Co. in Burlington. Brux House is open now, and is pouring their Vanessa Saison brewed with Vanessa brewed with lemon peel and Hibiscus.
The Hamilton Brewery, headed by Warren Pyper – which is brewing on contract until it secures a home – poured its first pint this week at The Casbah. The Hamilton Brewery launched with its Blue Collar Pale Ale, available now at select establishments in the Hamilton area.
