Burlington Winter Beer Festival slated for February 2015
Burlington, ON – Organizers of the Burlington Beer Festival today announced a new Winter iteration of the festival scheduled for February 6-7, 2015.
The Burlington Winter Beer Festival spans two days at the Waterfront Hotel in downtown Burlington kicking off the Friday edition with a 3-hour tutored pairing through 7 small courses. Niagara College’s Bill White will host the evening. On Saturday, the event space moves into festival form with up to 12 local brewers on hand, along with comfort foods and live entertainment.
“We were thrilled with how the community really embraced the craft brewers at our summer festival, and want to give beer fans a more intimate winter event, and an excuse to leave their homes during the February deep freeze!” says Wayne Brown, co-owner of the festival.
