Cameron’s launches maibock style Rye Bock
Oakville, ON – Cameron’s Brewing Co. this week launched its new Bavarian maibock-style Rye Bock.
“Inspired by the classic Bavarian maibock which was brewed to help the transition between long, cold winters in the foothills of the Alps and the blazing hot summer that followed,” describes Cameron’s.
Cameron’s Brewmaster, Jason Britton, describes the 6.5% Rye Bock as, “malt accented bockiness and strong golden hue unite with the Cameron’s signature use of rye malt to create an intriguing variation of classic style.”
It is available as a draught-only release beginning January 10 at The Rhino, The Cameron House, An Sibin, Domestique Café, Bar Hop, C’est What?, and Against the Grain (Leaside).
