Cameron’s releases VSPA Cognac Barrel Aged & Doppelbock Bourbon Barrel Aged

66712_10152308774870386_1766366003_nCameron’s Brewing in Oakville has released two new barrel-aged beers – Very Special Pale Ale (VSPA) Cognac Barrel Aged and Deviator Doppelbock Bourbon Barrel Aged for the holiday season – available exclusively the LCBO.

The 8.6% ABV Deviator Doppelbock Barrel Aged (#324616), available in 750mL bottles for $12.95, is aged for six months in Kentucky bourbon barrels producing notes of toasted vanilla and a complex malt body in this dark lager.

Aged for six months in French cognac barrels, the Very Special Pale Ale (VSPA) Cognac Barrel Aged (#324640) clocks in at 7.7% ABV boasting notes of pear with inherited flavours of oak, and is available in 750mL bottles for $12.95
