Cassel’s Railroad Special Maple Rye Ale on seasonal bottle release
Cassel Brewery of Casselman, ON has announced the return of their seasonal Railroad Special Maple Rye Ale, combining generous amounts of rye malt with maple syrup at 8.3% ABV.
Brewed using Canadian 2-row barley, Rye malt, and Caramel malt with Willamette hops, Cassel outlines the seasonal as, “spicy flavor in the beginning then a slight whiskey undertone aftertaste.”
Railroad Special Maple Rye Ale will be available at the brewery beginning Wednesday, April 24 in a run of one thousand bottles.
