Collective Arts announces three Summer beer releases
Hamilton – Collective Arts Brewing Co. will release three new beer this Summer 2017, the brewery said today.
Guava Gose (4.9%, 12 IBU) – Collective’s year-round Gose with Pink Himalayan Salt is at its base with added guava puree; Available June 17, 2017.
IPA No. 3 (7.1%, 80 IBU) – The third addition to Collective’s IPA Series uses Crystal and Citra hops with notes of earth, wood, stone fruit, grapefruit and lime, according to the brewery; Available June 24, 2017.
Collab 002 with Two Roads Brewing (6.5%, 50 IBU) – From brewmasters Ryan Morrow and Phil Markowski comes this New England-style IPA brewed with Chinook hops from both regions plus Citra, Simcoe, and Olicana hops; Available July 1, 2017.
All beers will be available at 11am on launch day at Collective Arts followed by the LCBO, grocery stores and bars the following week in Ontario.
