Collective Arts reveals four new Fall beers

Hamilton – Collective Arts Brewing Co. has announced the upcoming release of four new beers rolling out this Fall between September to October 2017.

Sour Harvest Saison (5%, 8 IBU) – Brewed with a traditional Saison yeast and Lactobacillus for souring, this beer incorporates roasted pumpkins and traditional pumpkin pie spices: Available September 16, 2017.

IPA No. 4 (6.4%, 80 IBU) – The fourth addition to Collective’s IPA Series uses Hallertau Blanc, Mosaic, and Citra hops. Available September 23, 2017.

Wet Hop Wheat Ale (5%, 25 IBU) – Made with freshly picked Ontario hops, the brewery says this wheat ale has a nose of juicy fruit and grassy mango, with pungent hops and a bready malt finish; Available September 27, 2017.

Cranberry Basil Gose (4.7%, 12 IBU) – Expect a slight peppery, anise, savoury quality from the fresh ground basil with a refreshing, sharply dry fruity character of cranberry, rounded right out with the pink Himalayan salt and coriander, says Collective Arts. Available October 7, 2017.

All beers will be available at 11am on launch day at Collective Arts followed by the LCBO, grocery stores and bars the following week in Ontario.
