Conspiracy Theory Brewing now open in Ottawa
Ottawa – Conspiracy Theory Brewing Co. is now open in west Ottawa’s Barrhaven community at 182 Cheyenne Way.
Ottawa is one of the only cities in Ontario allowing licensed commercial breweries in residential areas, which also includes Evergreen Craft Ales.
The garage-based nanobrewery currently offers six beer varieties in 473ml cans including Chemtrails Pale Ale, Staged Landing Blonde, NWO Hybrid Hop Ale, Grassy Knoll Wheat, and Area 51 Cream Ale.
Due to the nature of a residential brewery, Conspiracy Theory Brewing suggest calling, emailing or PMing before visiting.
Founders Paul Card and Darryl Owen note they are in the process of securing a lease on a larger facility which they hope to have operating by Spring 2018.
