Craft Heads Brewing launches February in Windsor
Windsor, ON – New nanobrewery startup Craft Heads Brewing Co. has announced they will open in Windsor this February, WindsorEats reported today.
Headed by Steve Fabischek, and Bryan Datoc the brewery, located at 89 University Ave W. – only a few blocks from Windsor’s riverfront, will feature a tasting room offering 30 taps. Growler sales are planned when licensing is in place.
WindsorEats says Craft Heads Brewing will have nine of their own beers available for launch, including an IPA, cream ale, brown ale, porter, blonde, hefeweizen and Imperial Coffee Stout.
Additionally, in-house brewed coffee will also be available, says WindsorEats.
