Dawson Trail Craft Brewery sets February opening in Thunder Bay
Thunder Bay – Dawson Trail Craft Brewery today announced it has set its grand opening date this February 2016 becoming Thunder Bay’s second operating brewer.
The brewery, founded by George Renner and John Kivinen, is named for the nearby Old Dawson Trail, a remnant of the first all-Canadian route that linked the Great Lakes with the Canadian prairies.
The 905 Copper Crescent facility will host a tasting bar with retail store offering a stout and Irish red ale among others.
The brewery opens at 4pm on Thursday February 25, 2016.
