Details announced for Session Toronto collaboration beer and release
Toronto, ON – Session Toronto Craft Beer Festival this week announced details for its Local 7 collaboration beer – which will see a wide draught release in Toronto and bottle availability at the LCBO.
Seven Toronto bars, including Bryden’s, Bar Hop, Bar Volo, C’est What?, The Auld Spot, The Only Cafe, and WVRST, have teamed up with Sawdust City Brewmaster, Sam Corbeil, to produce Session Saison – a 6.5% raspberry lemon Belgian-style Saison brewed with three malts and Saaz and Magnum hops.
“Each of the bars received a special cask or one-off with the Saison base,” says Session organizer Jed Corbeil. “We then added a special ingredient to each one… From ginger, to chocolate to brett – there are some very unique beers.”
