Dog & Pony Brewlab releases Lemon Sorbet Saison
Ottawa – Dog & Pony Brewlab, the nano-sized brewhouse inside Union Local 613 in Ottawa, has released its new Dandy Lemon Sorbet Saison.
“We use a saison yeast for that classic dry finish, but that’s where the style similarities end. The use of lactose adds a solid sweetness to play off a big acid tang from Meyer lemons and acid malt. With a colour similar to that of lemonade, we went all out on this bad boy,” says Dog & Pony.
Dandy Lemon Sorbet Saison, at 6.5% with 45 IBUs, is available now on draught exclusively at Union Local 613.
