Dog & Pony and Stone City release Palsner
Ottawa/Kingston – Dog & Pony Brewlab and Stone City Ales this week released Palsner, a Pilsner-style Ale.
“A light, cruisable brew, with a slight cereal-driven flavour. We used Sorachi Ace and Czech Saaz hops to provide a herbal, spicy and lemon-scented nose that makes you think Pilsner, and a California yeast strain to dry it out. We combined new age ingredients and old world tradition to create a beer by pals, for pals,” says Dog & Pony.
It is available now only at Union Local 613 in Ottawa measuring in at 4.2% with 36 IBUs.
