The five-times distilled vodka is distilled from Peaches and Cream corn grown in Chatham, then blended with water to 40% abv before infusion of West Coast hops.

“Hop Vodka is smooth, creamy, and slightly sweet, with a distinctive hoppy aroma and flavour featuring notes of citrus zest and pine,” according to company founders Brock Shepherd – original founder of Kensington Brewing Co. – and Dimitri Van Kampen – original founder of Spearhead Brewing Co.

It is available now at numerous LCBO locations in 375ml bottles for $24.85.

A portion of the sales supports the efforts of Water.org.
