Eastbound Brewing’s kitchen now open in Toronto
Toronto – Eastbound Brewing Co. has opened the doors to its 80-seat kitchen at 700 Queen St East in Toronto’s Riverside neighbourhood.
The menu, designed by head chef Tara Lee, features specialty dishes ranging from warm pretzels, pastrami beef cheek, PEI mussels, and chicken-fried calamari to octopus tostada, baked ricotta gnudi, roasted beet salad, and cornmeal-crusted cod sandwich, and more.
A 50′ live-edge wood bar offers a direct view into the kitchen area, with additional bar-style seating in the rear overlooking the lower-level brewhouse.
Brewing operations are yet to begin due to delays, but a selection of local beer and cider options are available on draught and in cans.
