Evergreen Craft Ales opens first garage brewery in Ottawa
Chris Samuel’s garage brewery – Evergreen Craft Ales
Ottawa – Evergreen Craft Ales has announced its soft opening is on for today – Saturday May 21, 2016 – from 12-3pm.
Based out of licensed residential garage at 36 Evergreen Drive in Ottawa, the nano-sized 1.17 hectolitre brewhouse is operated by Chris Samuel.
Two beers are available currently including Evergreen Amber Ale and Maiden Voyage Pale Ale, both in 473ml cans.
Going forward, Evergreen’s hours will vary due to its neighbourhood location, however an online store allows pre-purchasing beer for pickup.
