Folly to release Women’s Collaborative beer this April
The Bechdel Brett – Folly Brewpub
Toronto – Folly Brewpub, who hosted a Women’s Collaborative Brew Day on March 5, will release its effort – The Bechdel Brett – this month.
Folly co-head brewer Christina Coady, with more than 20 women assisting, brewed a brett ale using Calypso and Cascade hops with a Brett C yeast strain.
Proceeds from sales will go towards Working Women Community Centre. Read more about the brew day at Bottomless Pint.
Folly Brewpub is currently in the later stages of launching its onsite brewery retail store.
