Forked River Brewing described their new operation as, “3,000 square feet with the capacity to ferment over 4,400 litres of beer. The brewhouse is capable of producing approximately 1,000 litres in a single batch. Located at 45 Pacific Court, Units 16 and 17, near Clarke Road and Dundas Street, the brewery will serve as a base for the distribution of draft beer to select bars and restaurants around London in the spring of 2013.”

They will launch with two standard products –  Capital Blonde: an easy-drinking, balanced blonde ale full of malt and hop flavour, Riptide Rye: a hop-forward pale ale brewed with Canadian prairie malt – and  produce seasonal, limited-release beers. Their brewery retail space will offer a tasting room and routs with bottles, growlers, and kegs for purchase.
