Four Fathers Brewing building new brewery in Cambridge
Cambridge – Four Fathers Brewing Co. announced today they are constructing a new brewery in Cambridge’s Hespeler Village at 125 Guelph Avenue.
Four Fathers launched in early 2016, brewing out of Rockwood, which the company says will remain as brewing space for smaller batches.
Mike Hruden, General Manager says, “[the new space] creates an exciting opportunity to grow our business and further enhance our commitment to craft brewing, in a dynamic community that is in the middle of a bit of a renaissance.”
The brewery has recruited Curtis Jeffrey as Head Brewer, formerly of Dead Frog Brewing, Railway City Brewing, Cameron’s Brewing, and a Niagara College Brewmaster & Brewing Operations grad.
A December 2017 opening is being targeted.
