Four Fathers Brewing has recruited Kevin Freer, a Siebel Institute-trained brewer formerly at Wellington Brewery in Guelph for nearly four years, in addition to being a BJCP-certified judge.

“We will be starting very small and manufacturing/brewing just outside of Rockwood. This location will not be open to the public,” says co-founder Mike Hruden. “Our focus will be on 750ml bottles which will be available in select pubs and restaurants (eventually LCBOs too).”

Hruden adds, “We will also be creating monthly exclusives which will only be available through our ‘Friends of the 4’ Beer Club. So for now we will be creating very limited runs of Premium style beers (Saison, Belgian, DIPA, Imperial Stouts, Sours, Barrel Aged…).”
