Four Fathers Brewing now open in Cambridge
Cambridge – Four Fathers Brewing opens their new Cambridge brewery to the public today – Wednesday July 25, 2018 – at 125 Guelph Avenue in Cambridge’s Hespeler Village.
Four Fathers’ original brewing facility opened in Rockwood in early 2016, but was not open to the public.
The new Guelph Avenue location houses a retail store and small tasting area pouring 12 oz draught – although, the brewery notes a larger tap room is slated to open in August.
Beers available include regular Four Fathers staples such as The Starter Session IPA, Shevchenko 9 Euro Dark Lager, New World Pislner, and up to nine more.
Daily operating hours are Mon-Sun 9am-11pm for retail and 11am-9pm for the tasting area.
There are now six breweries operating in Cambridge.
