Four Fathers’ original brewing facility opened in Rockwood in early 2016, but was not open to the public.
The new Guelph Avenue location houses a retail store and small tasting area pouring 12 oz draught – although, the brewery notes a larger tap room is slated to open in August.
Beers available include regular Four Fathers staples such as The Starter Session IPA, Shevchenko 9 Euro Dark Lager, New World Pislner, and up to nine more.
Daily operating hours are Mon-Sun 9am-11pm for retail and 11am-9pm for the tasting area.
There are now six breweries operating in Cambridge.
