Garden Brewers releases Imperial Juniper American Brown Ale
Hamilton – Garden Brewers has released their new Ever-green Imperial Juniper American Brown Ale, the brewery announced today, part of its Now In Bloom! series.
“This beer pairs the piney and resinous notes of American-type Hops, with the similarly woodsy and citrusy notes of Juniper berries! Rounding out the flavor profile is dark malts (which have been cold-steeped to extract the most gentle coffee & cocoa notes possible) and higher-alcohol,” says Garden Brewers.
Hopped to 22 IBUs with Amarillo, Citra, Northern Brewer, Willamette, and Huell Melon then aged on Juniper berry puree to 7.5.%, Ever-green Imperial Juniper American Brown Ale is available in very limited quanities in Hamilton and Toronto-areas on draught.
