Get Well bar to open in-house nano-brewery
Get Well, a popular craft beer bar in Toronto’s Dundas West vicinity, is joining the small-scale brewing sensation by launching an in-house nano-brewery, overseen by brewer Brad Clifford.
Clifford, who earned the Canadian Amateur Brewers Association’s “Homebrewer of the Year” distinction, will be utilizing a brewing system with a 1.8hL capacity, or 3 full kegs, which will churn out 2-3 batches of beer at at time. The initial batches include a Porter, American Pale Ale, and Engish Ale.
A launch party is slated for Thursday, November 8 at 5pm. More details are available from BlogTO.
