Gin Mill craft beer pub and nanobrewery now open in Toronto

Toronto – Gin Mill, a new craft beer-focused gastropub and soon-to-be nanobrewery, opens this Friday February 9, 2018 in Toronto’s Bloor West Village at 2202 Bloor Street West.

“We deal exclusively with independent, Ontario craft breweries. We believe in supporting the little guy and that beer brewed nearby is always the best. No matter your taste, our Prud’homme Beer Sommelier will help you find the perfect pint,” the pub states.

Featuring a light prohibition theme, Gin Mill will host 24 rotating draught lines, a weekly cask night, and gastrofare such as fish tacos, mussels, pulled venison croqs, salads, seared halibut, burgers and stews, and pork tenderloin.

Operating hours will be Sun-Wed 12pm-12am and Fri-Sat 12pm-1am.
