Graffiti brewpub to open in Kitchener tech hub this Fall
Kitchener-Waterloo – An upcoming Kitchener restaurant set to open Fall 2017 by the founders of The Berlin will include a craft brewery, according to The Record.
Located inside Catalyst 137, a new 450,000 sq-ft technology acceleration hub at 137 Glascow St, the brewpub will seat 80-100 diners with another 80 on its patio.
Founders Jonathan Gushue and Ryan Lloyd-Craig indicated to The Record that the brewery will be able to produce up to 2,000 barrels per year.
It is slated to open in October 2017.
