Great Lakes joins OX in Guelph for 4-course/beer dinner in April
Great Lakes Brewery of Etobicoke, ON joins OX, a coastal Mediterranean restaurant in Guelph, ON to host a four-course, four-beer pairing on Wednesday, April 10 at 7pm, guided by Great Lakes brewer Mike Lackey and sales rep Troy Burtch.

Pork Rillettes with orange-onion jam on sour dough

1st Course
Rarebit of house smoked cheddar and pork loin on challah with kale, roasted apple, radish and goddess dressing.
Beer: Pompous Ass English Pale Ale
2nd Course
Beer braised beef shank with fried capers and potato-leek cakes

3rd Course
Chocolate brulee with salted pecan and blue cheese beignets
